CNC Substrates is Europa’s enige producent die het volledige palet aan substraten levert voor de teelt van champignons én exotische paddenstoelen. Met zeven productielocaties verspreid over Europa en meer dan 70 jaar ervaring zijn we een begrip in de paddenstoelenwereld.

In een snelgroeiende markt zetten wij de standaard: hoogwaardige, betrouwbare substraten waarmee telers hun opbrengst en kwaliteit naar een hoger niveau tillen. Als sterke Europese speler combineren we diepgaande teeltkennis met moderne productieprocessen, zodat we elke teler, van gespecialiseerde exoten‑producent tot grote Agaricus‑speler, perfect kunnen bedienen.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze veelzijdige functie ga je o.a. aan de slag met de volgende taken: 

• Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s binnen je ploeg.
• Je bedient en bewaakt een volledig geautomatiseerd productieproces.
• Je doseert en transporteert grond- en hulpstoffen via een transport-, doseer- en weegsysteem.
• Je mengt grond- en hulpstoffen in de mixinstallatie, waar de producten ook steriel worden gemaakt.
• Je vult de producten af in 2,5 kg zakken met behulp van de verpakkingsinstallatie.
• Je zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden voldoen aan de strikte regels rondom voedselveiligheid.
• Je draagt bij aan het zorgvuldig reinigen en onderhouden van de installaties.

Wat zijn je werktijden?

Je komt te werken in 3 ploegendienst. 

Werktijden: 06:00-14:30 / 14:00-22:30 / 22:00-06:30

Wat breng je mee?

• Je hebt ervaring binnen een productieomgeving; 
• Je kunt zelfstandig en gestructureerd werken;
• Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en kwaliteitsbesef;
• Je bent in het bezit van een heftruckcertificaat of bent bereid deze te halen;
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse en/of Engelse taal goed.

• Salaris tussen de € 2500,- en € 3000,- bruto per 4 weken exclusief toeslagen;
• 3 ploegendienst (22,25% toeslag);

What will you do?

In this versatile role, you will be responsible for tasks such as:

• Working closely with your colleagues within your shift.
• Operating and monitoring a fully automated production process.
• Dosing and transporting raw and auxiliary materials using a transport, dosing, and weighing system.
• Mixing raw materials in the mixing installation, where the products are also sterilized.
• Filling products into 2.5 kg bags using the packaging line.
• Ensuring all activities comply with strict food‑safety regulations.
• Contributing to the careful cleaning and maintenance of the installations.

You will work in a 3‑shift schedule with the following hours:
06:00–14:30 / 14:00–22:30 / 22:00–06:30 

What do you bring?

• Experience in a production environment;
• The ability to work independently and in a structured way;
• A strong sense of responsibility and quality;
• A valid forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one;
• Good command of the Dutch and/or English language.

• A salary between €2,500 and €3,000 gross per 4-week period, excluding shift allowances;
• 3‑shift allowance of 22.25%;
